A Lesson in LoveYou know, this whole 'love' thing confuses me. I can't say I've really understood it. On the one hand, I think that perhaps love is the feeling which makes us look beyond our own selfish needs for a change, and actually makes us alter our behavior to accommodate another person. On the other hand, we have this readymade, prepackaged, nicely labeled love that we get on TV, in movies and in books. You know the assortment. Mother's love, brotherly love, platonic love, romantic love, love in an elevator, love me-love my dog. All the usual types.
